Post implementation of collecting only two advance premiums instead of three, we are still receiving three premiums for monthly mode cases.
In most of the cases, we are adjusting the excess premium towards the next renewal due and not debiting the customers thru ECS.
However we have received feedback from the customers about NAV implication on the excess premium ie ; the NAV will apply as per the due date whereas we are holding the excess money without applying it to the policy. The customer is at loss if the NAV goes up.
Hence, we request branches to discontinue collecting three premiums and cascade the information to our sales force.

Dear All,
In an effort to meet customer's service expectations, we have made changes to the ECS and SI to credit cards requirements of collecting 3 advance premiums.
We can collect two advance premiums with effect from tomorrow 15.3.07. System changes have been done and tested for the same.
We hope to satisfy more customers with this change.
Please inform the sales teams in your locations.
For NB & CS team - a brief note for system changes and handling of pipeline cases will be fwdd by EOD tomorrow.
