Subject: Advisor Bank A/C - Urgent Details Required

Please treat this mail as urgent.

Dear All,

We have experienced some incorrect credits in some of the previous commission cycles due to the incorrect bank account details updated in the system.

The challenge is to recover the commission which is credited into some other advisor bank account due to the incorrect bank account details.

We have tried getting data from ICICI Bank but they are unable to get us the data PAN India basis.

Therefore, as a process going forward whenever bank account are getting opened in your locations for the advisor it is mandatory to collect a copy of the blank/cancelled cheque from the advisor before sending the bank account update details to H.O. Also, the same needs to be filed at the branch so that it can be referred at any point in time.

Please note that, because of the incorrect details we have not given credits in the 15th and 31st May'07 commission cycles and in place of that issued cheques.

Request you all to collect details from the existing advisors regarding their bank account along with the copy of the blank/cancelled cheque and post receiving the same send the request to Nayana Lopes and copy me , so that we can update the same in our records again and start giving the credits.

Please have this done on priority and if any clarifications are required then you can contact me.

Dear All,

We have come across incidences wherein the agents bank account numbers have been changed and not informed to us. This has resulted into issuance of the demand draft which finally effects the advisor getting the commission one week later from the other getting the credits.

Please refer the attachment. We have enclosed the data bearing the a/c nos. request you all to check the same and let us know whether the same are correct or there are any discrepancies / changes. If any discrepancies / changes are found then kindly let us know so that we can make the timely changes in the system.

Also, we have enclosed list of those agents wherein we do not have the account numbers updated in the system due to which these agents are getting demand drafts. The ratio of agents having bank account vis-a-vis agents not having bank account is pretty high.

As of now 82% of advisors from the total of 1,146 are on Demand Drafts whereas only 18% are on Direct Credits.

Would request you all to get the account number opened for these agents on priority so that to enable timely credits.
