12 noon            : Branch inauguration by Nitin Chopra

12.02 pm          : Presenting of bouquets to Nitin Chopra

12.05 pm          : Lighting of the lamp by Nitin Chopra & National Channel

  Heads

12.10 pm          : Branch Channel Heads to lead Nitin Chopra & National Channel

Heads on a branch tour (in the meanwhile, the branch team to assemble at the training room)

12.20 pm          : Nitin Chopra's employee address

12.35 pm          : Interaction with the branch team (Q&As)

12.45 pm          : Refreshments for Nitin Chopra, National Channel

  Heads, Branch Channel Leads, Operations Head and guests at the 

  training room.

  Refreshments for the rest of the team to be served at the lobby and one 

  other meeting room.
