Dear All,
Good news for Agency Managers & Branch Sales Managers.
We have reduced the TAT for Sales incentives to AM & BSM by almost a month. This has been a constant feedback from the branches that their incentives get delayed as we factor freelook, then compute team production & finally theirs. One of our initiatives to get them their money faster.
For better understanding I am giving the broad activities in both the processes below:
Earlier Process
- Commission to LA in March month end cycle, paid to LA in April 1st week.
- Mark up (1TOR & ADOR) of LA to MOA in April Salary (Apr 30).
- Mark up of MOA to MOM in April Salary (Apr 30)
Now Process (With effect from June Payments)
- Commission to LA in March month end cycle, paid to LA in April 1st week.
- Mark up (1TOR & ADOR) of LA to MOA in April 1st Week via bank credits.
- Mark up of MOA to MOM in April 1st Week via bank credits.
The May incentives, which would have got paid out in the June's Salary would now get credited to their a/c's by this week end. A detailed list would be emailed by the Payout Team to the individual RSM's on their team's incentives.
