penn relays + pifa street fair

Hey friends!

Penn Relays and the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts is going on today, and you should join!

I'm thinking of heading to the Penn Relays from around 12:30-2:30 p.m. and then walking down from Franklin Field to center city where the PIFA street fair is happening (it's supposed to be pretty awesome).
