Bharat Swabhiman future strategy

Only Vedic wisdom can help in evolving a different paradigm of prosperity and development for Society.
To achieve this Bharat Swabhiman is the only organization that can formulate the new strategy.
I have very humbly suggested for Baba Ramdev ji to consider setting up suitable institutions for long term planning.
1. A Vedic Management & Research Institute: To train Bharat Swabhiman Youth in the art and science of Management for holistic and environmentally sustainable development & growth orientations for social and industrial sectors of Bharat. Sanskrit educated youth should be considered most suitable candidates for this education to make it free from Macaulay hangover, and derive inspiration from Sanskrit wisdom.
To day the measure of success of a manager is seen in earning quick results in terms of money for minority interests, at the expense of exploiting Nature. & Public at large . A few examples will make it easier to understand the issues involved.
a.. Modern technology and science has so far failed to develop a socially justifiable strategy for harvesting mineral wealth buried deep under ground . All mining operations all over the world , depend on irreparably damaging the environments. Mining not only depends on exploiting nature, but also on exploiting human capital . No body also points out the fact that without sheer exploitation of poor and uneducated youth to work under ground in extremely unhealthy hostile environments and for long hours on very meager wages no coal can be sold at prevailing market prices.. To keep the mining labor under virtual imprisonment to work strong arm methods are also exercised.. The happy unsuspecting urban society will not be able to pay for any minerals. be it coal, or steel or cement and all other metals. their real prices if they were calculated on proper basis.
Solution lies in making using energy economic life style, using more of Solar light and energy, and restricting use of minerals and metals to the absolute minimum. This not only involves a change in public perception of what is good life style.
Similar situation exists in farm sector. If the farmer was to be paid for all his produce on prices calculated on the basis of pricing industrial goods, hardly any body even the richest will be able to afford to pay for his daily food.
b. In Industry the manager has the responsibility to show a good bottom line to pay higher dividends to the share holders of the company. Shareholders represent a very small minority of the vast society The profits earned by the company depend on pushing products of doubtful utility to general public by concealing facts, adulteration, and spreading disinformation with conniving media advertisements. The products may even be harmful in long usage .
c. In field of education, teachers see their role as production shops to turn out paper qualification carrying youth to command high lucrative salaries in employment of large organizations. Creating , innovative intelligent youth is not their agenda.
Our society has been allowed to evolve in to system to look upon education as a passport for earning more money. Love for knowledge , research and inquiry is no longer important. But human society ensures its progress only on such assets.
