Our Constitution dictates that the government is duty bound to improve public health and level of nutrition. Towards this end the government is also duty bound to legislate / enforce prohibition.

ARTICLE 47 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA

Duty of the state to raise the level of nutrition  and the standard of living and to improve public health

The state shall regard the raising of the level of nutrition and the standard of living of its people and the improvement of public health as among its primary duties and in particular  the state shall endeavour to bring about prohibition of consumption (except for medicinal purposes)of intoxicating drinks and of drugs which are injurious to health. Several states have enacted prohibition acts in implementation of this directive principle.

COMMENT

By promoting liquor manufacturing and licensing sale,  we have  driven  the people towards ill health for the benefit of allopathic medical treatment business owned and dominated by developed nations. In India 93%of medical budget is allotted for allopathic system of treatment. Solution lies in  enforcement of the directive principle of prohibition and promotion of Indian system of medical treatment, that is  yoga and ayurveda. It ensures good health and happiness and immense employment to the citizens.

PROMOTE THIS VIEW AGGRESSIVELY IF YOU WISH RESPECTABLE LIVING FOR COMING GENERATION OF THIS NATION
