The prices in canteen are decided by (corrupt) Railway Minister. The
newspapers dont complaint against the low prices because a large
number of mediamen regularly eat in Parliament canteen at such low
prices. The mess is because we dont have Right to Recall (corrupt)
Railway Minister. If we had such a procedure, no Railway Minister
would have dared to subsidize canteen to such a low rate.
