It is not only shameful on the part of Indian Army authorities not to
grant reimbursement to this brave soldier. Rules are meant to help a
needy person and not meant for stopping any good action. If not
applicale as per rules the expenses cn be met out from Prime Ministers
relief fund or any such fund. I wonder whether any future brve persons
will take initiative in fighting for the country under the
circumstances
