Suggestion is good, one can benefit from it.
Best practice that I follow and would like to share is, always eat
half of your diet and go for brisk walk at least for half an hour
everyday.
I have spent years in gym, dieting, following strict diet plans,
nothing worked better than what I now follow - suggested above.
Have been able to maintain my weight between 78 to 80 for past 15 years.
