HI
   CAN ANY ONE TELL ME where can i find the wagbhat's detailed explanation about diabetes(sugar)
    Are any one of the group members are following the rajeev dixit's formula of 1)Methi 2)jamun seed powder 3) Karela seed powder 4) Bhel patta powder
 

Please tell me how to prepare it , if anyone following it

Can Diabetes be cured by Ayurveda?

Yes, Ayurveda can cure Diabetes completely, here are the two ways by which you can cure Diabetes easily-:

1. Make powder of
Dal chini and mix 1/2 tea spoon of it in 1/2 glass of hot water and drink this solution early morning before eating or brushing your teeth.

After having this solution, wait for about 30 min and then eat something.

Continue it for 30 days and your sugar level will come down to normal.

2. Take 100 gm of
Methi seeds (fenugreek), 100 gm of Tej patta (bay leaf), 150 gm of Jamun seeds and 250 gm of Beli patra and make a paste of it and keep it in a container.

Everyday take one teaspoon of this powder with water one hour before eating your lunch and dinner.

Continue it for 90 days and you will be free of diabetes.

Sugar and Gur (jaggery) difference-

 

Try to avoid sugar means white sugar, it acts like a poison. You can eat Jaggery (Gur) and Misri (patika bellam) as much as you want but avoid white sugar in your diet.

 

Normal people should also avoid sugar as far as possible.

 

Now a question will arise in your mind that sugar is also made from sugar-cane and jaggery is also made from sugar-cane only.

Look, in the manufacturing of sugar it goes through many chemicals and machines.

 

When we test sugar in the laboratory, we find many chemicals are present.

 

Jaggery is made by hand churned techniques and thus it is pure.

 

Our Ancestors only knew Jaggery (gur), they even not wondered about Sugar.

Studies conducted by International Diabetes Federation show that India had around 4.90 crore people are suffering from diabetes in 2007 and this number may further increase to 6.99 crore by 2025.

 

Using Earthen pots alone to make food is capable of relieving us from diseases like diabetes.


Affluent families in India who have realized the importance of earthern pots use them for cooking purposes. Ex: TVS group family members & Ambani Family.

Dear Shri Giriraj Daga Ji,

I have seen very good articles posted by you on emails. Thanks for all that. 
In this email your comparison between `Sugar' & `Gur' is not appropriate. You may like to study the subject in more detail. 
Lets put the record straight in this regard. 

1. A diabetic person can not eat `Gur' & `Mishri' as much as he likes, while `white sugar' is like a poison for him. The effect of sucrose / glucose/fructose is same on a diabetic person whether it is i `white sugar' or `gur' or `mishri' etc. 

2. The reasons why `gur' should be preferred over `white sugar' are entirely different from what you have mentioned. 

3. Both `gur' & `white sugar' are made from `sugarcane juice', which contain large number of compounds/chemicals which are very useful for human body beside some non-useful ones . While making white sugar almost all the compounds/chemicals except sucrose are removed from the sugarcane juice. on the other hand, while making `gur', most of these compounds are retained. Therefore if you test `white sugar' and `gur' in laboratory you will find very large number of chemicals in `gur' and very little in `white sugar'. 

4. Theoretically, having large number of compounds/chemicals in `gur' is not bad as most of them are useful for human body, but there is a caution.......... most of the gur made nowadays, use chemicals ( called `masala' in their language) especially for bleaching and clarification of cane juice to produce `gur', most of which are not removable / removed and thus retained in the `gur'. 

5. A `gur' produced using only traditional method/naturally occurring chemical for clarification of cane juice (such as bhinda plant extract) and without using any other chemical (masala) is definitely much more healthy, than white sugar, but their effect on blood sugar level will be same for a diabetic person. 

6. Unfortunately almost all the `gur' available in the market, are the one produced using chemicals, while the sell claim otherwise. `gur' are made in small `kolhu' from mid October to March in northern india. One can pursue and get good `gur' made from these `kolhu' without chemicals (masala), but the minimum quantity you order has to be at least one karahi syrup, and you have to be personally present there. 

Sugar Industry in India is the second largest after textile industry, and there are very large number of people in India who are aware of these facts. Therefore I thought we would be appropriate to put the facts before the readers of `bharatswabhiman'.

Also i came across this video of Dr.Biswaroop choudary who claims to treat Diabetes I and II in 3 days, see the video, not sure how effective is this.
