I see that you have a lot of background in the field of Psychology and Social Service. It is an important field everywhere, these days, Mental Health etc So there must be ways for you to get a job abroad, but I do not have any connections as such to recommend you to someone. Keep applying, I think you will find something. And, do not ignore the poor countries also, like in Africa. Sometimes they have institutions where they want to hire someone, and it could be you landing a good job there, or an experience there, which may be a stepping stone for something even better later, or even can come back to India with that added experience.

And, I worked for one Prof L E Cross at Penn State Univ, State College, PA in 1980s, in vacation time, and we have some publications together.

in the old photo here we see, my uncle (father's younger brother) appachchi Mahalinga Bhat H (on the left), sitting with us, that is me and my sons (younger) Shilpi and (elder) Kaviraj, at his Karinja Halemane house in Ednad village, India, in 1989 perhaps (?), photo taken when we visited. My wife Usha had stayed back in USA that time, in 1989 Nov - Dec time preparing for her qualifying exam at Rutgers University for her graduate degree, and I had to go to India to attend the IEEE TENCON conference in Mumbai where I gave a 3-hour lecture workshop on Optical Fiber Communications, so I took the two young boys with me, so that our families there get an opportunity to see them and vice versa.
