Me: I understand "venting" and its de-stressing benefits instead of the harm stress does if internalized, especially when stress is caused because of friction with power over which you have no ways to fight back and redeem yourself or what you feel is rightfully yours. However my approach to such situations is, and has been, somewhat different than what we may see around often or usually. I follow what we call as dharma, swa-dharma for me, and so far I have been fully satisfied in doing so, etc, although others may think I have been somewhat stupid in not being able to advance higher according to their sense of success etc. If so, then, so be it. I am not going by those measurements.
