Omitola, You are correct in indicating that the employment market, opporunities, are very different today compared to decades ago, especially for then disadvantaged groups, for example, women, blacks, Asians etc. But of course, this may not indicate I am likely to be in similar situation. In any case, to anwer your questions, like everyone usually, the target roles and opportunities would be the top-level roles I can possibly get. I have technical scientific as well as management type education, training, experience, and you can tell me how you would like to proceed in handling my case, to start with.
