Me: Kavi and Shilpi, I am sending to each of you $100 Barnes and Nobles gift card, they will mail it directly to your addresses, from Citibank Thank you points, if I do it on the American Express points, they will send to my address only and then I mail it to you .. (if you prefer I can send eGift card that will be available within 3 hours it says, but sent to my email address and not sure if it will work okay if I just forward it).

Me: Kavi, And I just saw on online that Citibank has reimbursed me yesterday, on August 5, for those fraudulent ATM transactions in India.. but they still seem to be missing one,  (?), out of 20 and associated foreign transaction fee,  although I clearly pointed it out in my appeal .. anyway most of the stolen money is back in the account.,

Should I try for e-gift and check it out if it works if sent to me and I forward the email to you or just do the physical card they send by post ??? Let me know.. if you can wait some days, maybe a week or so, for the post to arrive or need it earlier

Me: Hello maga, Shilpi, I just checked with them, Citibank, about their e-gift card if I can just forward it to my son to use ... She said Yes, no problem at all, it is designed for such use no restriction.. So should I do that for you instead of physical card??? How much would you like on the Home Depot one ??? Amazon is not in their list .. Lowe’s, Target, Sears is there, not Walmart .. American Express may have, I have to check more specifically

Shilpi: Home Depot and Target are probably the best places for home goods. Whatever you want to give is appreciated.

Me: With American Express, only my sending you from here after they post me the physical gift card will work for you not the e-gift I got the info from online chat with them also.. no Amazon in their list, Home Depot, Barnes & Noble, TJMax Home Goods Marshalls, Bath & Body Works, some restaurants like Chili’s, Olive Garden, Subway, Starbucks etc are there

Me: Okay, So maybe $100 e-gift or physical Home Depot from Citi Thank you points (they will post it directly to you also) and another $100 physical card later from Amex would be okay for you I think and I will perhaps add a $25 Barnes & Noble and $25 Bath & Body Works (you can give it as gift to someone there),

Me: Shilpi, I have ordered the $100 Home Depot? $50 Barnes & Noble, $25 Bath and Body Works physical gift cards for you from the Amex points, and they will be mailed to our 6715 N Commercial Ave Portland OR 97217 address directly since I changed my mailing address on the Amex cards for now to there, you can expect it to come in 7-19 days it says. Also, I sent Kavi $100 Barnes & Noble physical gift card to his Brooklyn address using the Citibank Thank You points .. so I got good value, 1000 points = $10 for all the cards... Enjoy.. 😁👍😁

Shilpi: Home Depot is the best of those shops. Any amount you give for Home Depot will be utilized.
