1. Demonstrate out trembling with paper in hand

       (that's my first speech - 6th grade) .. 

(correction - may be this required class exercise speech up in front of the class was in my 9th grade, not 6th)

2. Reasons for Stage Fright

a) Lack of experience in making speeches

b) Mood of the speaker - perturbed or pleasant

c) Mood of  the audience - strange looks or friendly eyes

d) Lack of familiarity with room and equipment

e) Hostile audience - interrupts with difficult and hostile questions

f) Not enough knowledge or understanding of the subject

3. How you behave and look in front of the audience depends on you and 

how the audience looks at and treats you, 

- the more proactive you are about this, the better your delivery will be

4. First concentrate on the message. let the delivery follow as a corollary                 (over
