Dear Dr. Halemane,

Thank you very much for your kind words and for the update. I truly appreciate your feedback, and I am glad to hear that the documents have been received successfully and that you have been invited to proceed to the next stage. Congratulations on this important progress.

Yes, this is exactly the type of work I can handle perfectly with my expertise. I specialize in preparing professionally tailored Cover Letters and Statements of Purpose that are aligned with the target position or program, clearly structured, and strategically written to strengthen your application and present your qualifications in the best possible way.

For this next phase, I will develop:
• A fully tailored Cover Letter that aligns with the role and requirements
• A compelling Statement of Purpose that clearly communicates your background, goals, and value

Please note that these two documents require in-depth strategy, customization, and writing, and therefore they come with an additional professional fee separate from the previous work completed.

To proceed smoothly, I would kindly like to know:
Would you prefer to share your budget for this project, or would you like me to provide you with a fixed price for preparing both the Tailored Cover Letter and the Statement of Purpose?

Once I have your preference, I will outline the scope, timeline, and next steps immediately so we can move forward without delay.

Thank you again for your trust. I look forward to continuing to support you through this next stage.

To: Thirumala Raya Halemane <trhal...@gmail.com>

Dear Dr. Thirumala Raya Halemane,

Thank you very much for your message and for informing me about the urgency. I fully understand the importance of submitting the documents within the next 4–8 hours, and I am ready to begin working on your project immediately.

To proceed without delay, the next step is to complete the payment so I can start right away. For convenience and transparency, the payment will be split into two parts:

  1. $500 – Payment through the official invoice for the main project work.

  2. $250 – Payment for the Cover Letter, to be made separately via Venmo (I will share the Venmo account details with you shortly).

Once I send the Venmo account, I kindly request that the payment be completed within 30 minutes, so I can reserve this urgent time slot exclusively for your work and begin immediately. After this time window, I may already be engaged with other projects and may not be able to guarantee the same turnaround time.

Please be assured that once payment is confirmed, I will prioritize your documents and work on them with full focus to meet the required timeline.

Kindly let me know once you are ready, and I will send the invoice and Venmo details right away.

Dear Dr. Thirumala Raya Halemane,

Thank you for the update, and I appreciate your confirmation regarding the payment sent by GoFlex to TopStack Resume for the first work.

To kindly clarify, the payment you made was only for the EPB service, which has already been completed and delivered successfully.

The Cover Letter and SOP are a separate service and were not included in the initial payment. This means the amount you paid does not cover the Cover Letter and SOP work.

Since your original request also included an SOP and Cover Letter, I will be happy to proceed with them once the payment for this second service is completed.

Please let me know when you are ready to proceed with the Cover Letter & SOP, and I will immediately begin work upon confirmation of payment so I can deliver them on time.

Also, for faster and easier communication, kindly share your WhatsApp number so we can continue our conversation there and coordinate more efficiently.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Yes, please proceed with the work. Thank You.
Please send me details about this second payment,
I do not have any info about it, how much, where to send etc
So, I am waiting for your reply regarding that.
And, Crystal says, they need it in 4-8 hours or so, VERY URGENT.
I do not have WhatsApp at this time, mobile was cancelled
because of some serious service dispute with the Verizon Wireless company
and they refused to help or co-operate with us. Looked like
they did not want me as a customer anymore. The service
was not working, and the order for a new phone did not go

Dear Dr. Halemane,

Thank you for sharing TopStack’s response and for your thoughtful and candid reflections. Your concerns are entirely valid, especially when considering the level of investment required and the reality that this is a highly selective and competitive process.

That said, I want to emphasize the strategic value of engaging with a team like TopStack. What they offer goes far beyond résumé editing or surface-level guidance. Their real value lies in positioning, narrative clarity, market alignment, and decision-maker psychology—all of which are critical in today’s application and selection environments. These are not easily replicable through individual effort alone, regardless of one’s credentials or experience.

In complex and opaque systems, success is rarely about “chasing the unchaseable.” It is about precision, framing, timing, and informed execution. TopStack’s methodology is designed to bring structure to uncertainty, transform strong qualifications into compelling value propositions, and ensure that your profile is evaluated in the right context, by the right audience, in the right way.

Equally important is the value of confidence built on expert guidance. When one proceeds with clarity, alignment, and professional backing, the process becomes less about hope and more about informed strategy. While no organization can guarantee outcomes, TopStack’s experience significantly improves the quality, strength, and credibility of the journey itself—and that, in turn, improves the probability of meaningful results.

From my perspective, allowing TopStack to guide you through this process is not merely a cost consideration, but an investment in strategic positioning, professional leverage, and long-term opportunity. I am confident that they will approach your case with seriousness, insight, and a clear understanding of how to maximize your strengths.

My sincere and considered recommendation is to trust their expertise and follow their guidance closely. The value they bring lies precisely in navigating what otherwise feels unstructured, uncertain, and difficult to pursue alone.

Warm regards,
Crystal Gale,
Independent Recruiter.

But, as anyone would expect, only I will know my side of the truth, what challenges

I have Cover Letters drafted by Rachel & Aaliyah other resume work specialists, she

On Thu, Feb 5, 2026 at 7:13 PM crysta...@gmail.com <jobaidcar...@gmail.com> wrote:

Dear Thirumala,

I want to be very direct and transparent in my feedback, because clarity and honesty are more valuable than polite ambiguity.

The document, in its current form, lacks focus, cohesion, and strategic intent. The message feels fragmented, with too many ideas competing for attention and no clear narrative guiding the reader. Several sections rely heavily on personal justification rather than professional positioning, which weakens the overall impact. Employers are not looking for explanations of complexity; they are looking for clarity, relevance, and confidence.

There is also an imbalance between self-reflection and purpose. While introspection can be valuable, here it overshadows results, skills, and outcomes. The document does not consistently communicate what you offer, how you add value, or why a reader should move forward with you. As written, it risks sounding defensive rather than intentional, and reflective rather than decisive.

Additionally, the structure needs discipline. Sentences are often long, layered, and overqualified, which makes the content harder to follow and dilutes key points. Strong ideas are present, but they are buried under excessive explanation. This works against you rather than for you.

What stands out clearly is depth. You bring lived experience, serious thought, and an evident commitment to integrity, self-awareness, and growth. There is intellectual honesty in your writing, and a clear refusal to misrepresent yourself or simplify your reality for convenience. That is a real strength.

You also demonstrate values that matter: respect for others’ perspectives, accountability for your own journey, and a willingness to engage with feedback rather than resist it. These qualities speak to maturity, resilience, and long-term thinking. They cannot be manufactured, and they are increasingly valuable.

With refinement, this document can become strong and effective. If you focus on clarity over complexity, intention over explanation, and value over narrative—supported by professional guidance—your voice will come through with far greater impact.

At this stage, I strongly recommend that you get in touch directly with the TopStack resume and cover letter specialist. The professional specialist will help you separate personal narrative from professional positioning, impose structure where it is currently missing, and ensure your materials meet current market expectations. This is not a weakness—it is a strategic step, and one that will save time and prevent avoidable missteps.

I am being firm because I see potential worth holding to a higher standard. The foundation is there. The next step is disciplined execution.

Regards,
Crystal Gale,

Dear Thirumala,

Thank you for your thoughtful message and for engaging with the feedback in the spirit in which it was intended. I appreciate your acknowledgment of both the critique and the reasoning behind it.

I’m glad to hear that you are actively working on the two documents and reflecting on how to improve focus, clarity, and structural discipline. That openness to feedback is one of your strengths.

That said, I want to be very clear about the next step I am recommending. At this stage, I strongly encourage you to reach out directly to the TopStack resume and cover letter specialist I mentioned earlier. Their role will be to help you separate personal narrative from professional positioning, impose the structural discipline that is currently missing, and ensure your materials align with current market expectations. This support is meant to complement your effort, not replace it.

You are welcome to continue refining the documents on your own, but involving the specialist now will save time and help avoid revisiting the same structural issues in subsequent drafts. It is a strategic investment in execution.

Once you have engaged the specialist and incorporated their guidance, I would be open to reviewing a revised version to assess overall positioning and impact.
