Think for the group, Act for the group, and get others to do the same

Advancing Mode (vision, energy, interaction)

Maintenance Mode ( fill .., rest, think forward)

Fallback Mode (Defensive mode), (figure out what is imp etc

How to use vision

Act as a Force Field

by directing people and

activities towards goal

Leader has to be Very Very careful about setting vision

Wrong Vision ==>> Negative Effect

Vision is like a Force Field directing the group towards it, to achieve the goal

Act of Leadership

An Act of Leadership in Group G increases the Harmony function in the group G

Universal Act of Leadership

(harmony function in G-complement also increases or remains the same)

Conflicting Act of Leadership

(harmony function in G-complement decreases)

First Law of Harmony

In the absence of acts of leadership, the harmony function in any isolated group tends to decrease, or remains the same at best.

Second Law of Harmony

Complete Harmony in The Universal Group is unattainable
