> We're interested in knowing what kind of local developer talent is around, particularly in the mobile segment. Would it be an appropriate use of this group for members to post work samples? If so, would anyone be interested in doing that?
At the current size of the group, if everyone wanted to post a list of what they had done recently, I don't think the volume would be overwhelming.
I'll get things started:
In the dim dark past I made a Mac OS X app to calculate scores for time-speed-distance rallies:

My first iOS project is a calorie calculator (it was an easy project to bite off and no one had put together anything like it):

Later that year I collaborated with a guy from Glacier to put together a memory game based on sounds instead of pictures:

I also did a collaboration with Carnes Media to do a soapmaking calculator for Bramble Berry:

My latest project (that just shipped a couple of weeks ago) is a native front-end to the Leatherbound.me ebook price search engine:

Another project I've worked on lately (and my topic for tonight's meeting) is interfacing with a serial cable to talk to (in this case listen to) external devices from the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad.
Again, hope to see you tonight.
Thanks,
-Frank
