congratulations to all the NSK yatra members on the grand success of Smriti Gaura Poornima and am very thankful to prabhu and mataji for their guidance and support.

The  stage decorations were superb I felt as if Radharani was smiling throughout. The prasadam was very nice. Keertans were very enchanting a big Haribol to all the matajis who sang. Haribol.............. to the decoration team, prasadam team, to the anchors, the welcoming team and the book centre etc. 

Prabhu and mataji  are like the back bone of NSK who are putting their heart and soul to keeo the  enthusiasm alive in all of us and helping us in progressing in the devotional path and spreading the message of Lord Chaitanya.once again thanks to prabhu and mataji. 

Every one appreaciated the program It was well orgarnised started on time and ended on time. each and every member played his/ her part with all effort. I feel most of the people liked and enjoyed the keertan . So I think we need to train ourselves for singing good keerthans , get trained in kartals and mridanga.The Shradha kuteer has helped a lot in this , so this has to continue to get new contacts. 

As the summer has started we can conduct summer camp in different areas. We are already planning one in AECs layout and the Apartment( still waiting for the confirmation). I am avilable for any service from 6th of April to 24th april and again from 6th may to 20th may which I have already discussed with Vinodavani mataji.

Firstly would like to thank prabhu & Maataji for all the support & guidance given for this program

We did see nice co operation or coming together of all yatra members which is a great thing

 

 

The overall feedback ( from the most participants ) is also very encouraging, they all said it was very nice and grand !!! They liked the Gaura Arthi, Lectures and the Altar ... not to miss the prasadam

 

The next steps in terms of following up at the earliest is way fwd for us now. We need to keep the momentum going so we can see good increase in the yatra size

 

My suggestion is to continue with the Shraddha Kutir programs ... more intensely and then convert them to regular BV programs when the group is ready

 

We also need to plan for more such public functions ... to attract more people ( budget availability is an other aspect )

Like dance we can also explore the possibility of organizing plays with KC messages / themes using professionals / budding , aspiring artists. We can even charge entry fee to cover the expenses and advertise is a big way.

 

Finally the registration details are with Shravan Pr, Suggest we quickly meet up to consolidate and distribute the contacts so that we can follow up in this week itself

 

Request other also to respond ( reply all ) as we could not have the conf call originally planned

First of all we want to congradulate all of you on the success of our public Gaura Poornima Program. It has been possible only because of all of us co-operating so nicely for the pleasure of Guru and Gauranga and putting our best efforts.

We want to harvest whatever we have got through this program immediately, before its effect is lost.

We can see that with just some of the outreach programs started, how it has impacted our strength. Arya Govinda prbahu's BV member, Shaktivel prabhu said that there were more than 50 people who would have come for the program from his side, but he restrained himself from calling them as he felt that our hall might become overcrowded as so many devotee were inviting guests!

Anyway that was unfortunate that he did not call them, but we can see how much interest people have for such programs. Manasi mataji had brought a girl from her new group and she was very enthusiastic and appreciative. Ashraya Jagannath prabhu introduced some new members from the outreach who were so enthusiastic. Like this  there must have been many more.

So we need to:

1) Consolidate all our contacts during the program.

2) Give these contacts to some enthusiastic BV members like Shaktivel prabhu, Mansi mataji, etc who can speak to them on phone and tell them about our programs and get their feedback, so we can put hem under different BVs or outreach programs.

3) Sundar roopa prabhu was mentioning about making a cultural package for IT companies and colleges based on our public program model. Please all of you give your suggestions on how we can take this forward. He already has plans to do it in one company. We want tohear  more  suggestions from you to make this into a successful module.

4) Please give your vision and plans for continuing our outreach program.

I request each and everyone of you to think about the above points and give your suggestions, plans and commitments. Through our co-operative efforts, we can achive great things easily.

Also your realizations about this program and any success from your side is most welcome to be shared here as we want to be inspired and in the know about what is happening to all of us.Any help or  support you require can also be communicated.
