Must Have:

• Strong experience in Program/Project Management in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (critical requirement).
• Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program governance.
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with strong experience managing large-scale enterprise engagements.

 

Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Onshore Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and have prior experience working with healthcare clients, preferably Elevance Health.

 

Responsibilities:

• Program & Delivery Management Lead and manage multiple projects/programs across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality and budget adherence.
• Drive program governance, tracking, and reporting across stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage client expectations and ensure transparency in delivery status and risks.
• Planning & Execution Define program plans, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation plans proactively.
• Ensure alignment with organizational and client objectives.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare domain preferred).

 

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Program/Project Management in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (critical requirement).
• Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program governance. Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare clients.
• Familiarity with healthcare domain processes, compliance, and regulations.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) are a plus.

 

 

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50 – $60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
