Dear IAF Member,

 

This is just a reminder for the upcoming Diwali Celebration this Saturday, Nov. 13th, at Frederick Armory (William R. Talley Center, 121 N Bentz Street, Frederick, MD-21704) from 6:00PM onwards.

 

Please be on time to enjoy the dinner & dance and to give each other the Diwali Greetings. If you have already paid for the Diwali Dinner, please get your tickets from the registration table. If you have not paid, you can pay for the dinner at the registration table. For more details, see the email below.

 

Also note the following:

1) All the childrens will get a chance to give a speech for 2-5 minutes on any topic related to Diwali or any other festival. Please have your child prepare some speech. All the childrens are encouraged to speak.

 

2) This is a Diwali Celebration. Every family is encouraged to bring some sweet. Bring a small box and we all will enjoy sweet from each other. Also bring a pair of Dandiya to enjoy Garba/Dance.

Place: Frederick Armory (William R. Talley Center), Frederick Downtown

 

Following per person charges will apply for the dinner:

 

	Pre-registration & payment by Oct-31st	After Oct. 31st
*IAF 2010 Members	$5	$7
Non-members	$9	$10
Kid-under 5 years	Free with paying adult

* Annual Membership Dues =  $20/family. You can become a member for the year 2010 at Diwali Celebration itself and pay for the members pricing. If you want to become member and/or pay for the Diwali Dinner before October 31^st, please mail your check and membership form to the address shown on membership form (downloadable from our website http://frederickindia.org/Membership.html)
