 Note:  Some important points to help us through.
   
    1. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class for roll call of the attendees and to start the class on time.
    2. Both PC and Phone users - certainly use wired-headphones.
    3. Please mute yourself if there is background noise. You can use "*6" on your phone to mute and "*6" again to unmute yourself. 
    4. Do not use your phone or computer in speaker mode. It will introduce echo when others speak. 
    5. Do not use Bluetooth headphones. They affect the quality of sound.
    6. Please have the 2 reference books in hand.
