I have a deadline of tomorrow to sign the BEO documents and commit to the amount due. Once signed, SouthPoint will send me a link to make a payment of $74,069.79 prior to the event. While that amount exceeds my credit card limit, we will need a method of making payment as soon as possible.

Attached are the revised banquet event orders and estimated invoices. We took off the usher charges, sparkling apple cider, reduced the bar count and applied a 10% discount on audio visual equipment. Please look these over to ensure everything is correct, sign the bottom of each and send them back to us to confirm. If any further changes need to be made please write them on the order before send them back. The new grand total comes to $129,069.79 minus the $55,000.00 in deposits leaves a balance of $74,069.79. Once we get the signed orders back from you we will have Accounting send you a web link online to pay the balance due. Thank you!
