The piece that inspired me the most from the National Portrait Gallery
was the Abraham Lincoln. Being the 16th president of the US, Abraham
Lincoln was one of the most respected man in the history of America.
One of his greatest remarks was being in the frontline of the African
American's liberation from the cotton plantation slavery. Due to his
adventurous yet courageous act, president Lincoln received a spotlight
from the generations after him. Be that as it may, that is not the
reason why I personally admire Sir Lincoln. I admire Lincoln for his
numerous failures behind the glittering achievement.
When people set out their role model, they would like to see the good
deeds in their personal heroes. Unlike the others, I express my
respect towards president Abraham Lincoln for the downs he had during
his "unpopular" era.
I want to overcome failure and get success in my life.

The most memorable portrait was Ronald Reagan's. He was a well-known
president and led the country for 8 years from year 1981 to 1989. His
best achievement was his passion for doing what he desires. His major
was economics but after graduating from his college, he decided to
work as a sports announcer. Later, he also worked as a Hollywood
actor. He was not so famous in the entertainment industry but I think
he might have enjoyed his work. He must have been very interested in
politics because he was elected as the 40th President of United Sates
in 1980. His achievements are unique and I think it is possible
because he was progressive.

I want to challenge what I want to learn and experience and have a fun
every moment. Even if he could not be a famous actor, he might happy
during he did it. Such his attitude is important to challenge
bravely.
