Since everybody has different personalities, the MBTI indicator helps to categorize people in different areas and advises them for work more suited to them. However, some people, through training, have learned to overcome their weaknesses or are very different while working or not. Therefore, some people might be in between the two different categories. What would you propose to improve the MBTI indicator to better advise people on the type of jobs they are fit for?
