Hello GRAMS Scholarship Recipients,

With Spring break coming up next week (March 4^th– 8^th), I hope that you all had a great start to the semester and are on track for a very successful conclusion to the 2013 Spring academic experience!

We need some extremely important information from you, asap, so that we can report to the federal agency that funds your GRAMS scholarship.  Please take a moment and send me the following information by Monday, March11th (please do not reply to me through this email – send your reply directly to my email address atjoe...@bgsu.edu).

Please provide me the following information by answering these questions:

1).  Are you participating in an internship this semester? (Yes or No)

2).  If working this semester, how many hours will you work per week at a paid job?

3).  Are you participating in undergraduate research this semester - Spring 2013? (Yes or No)

Please know that our goal is to do whatever we can to help you succeed! If things aren’t going as well as you would like, or if your academic performance is not as good as you hoped, Dr. Midden and I would be happy to meet with you and discuss ways to ensure that you excel this semester.   We can help you find assistance, academic or career advice and resources on campus or in the community.
