Hello GRAMS Scholars,

I hope you all had a wonderful Summer and welcome to Fall semester!

We need some extremely important information from you ASAP.  This information is necessary so that we can report to the federal agency that funds your GRAMS scholarship.  Please take a moment and send me the following information no later than Wednesday, September 2nd (please do not reply to me through this email – send your reply directly to my email address at joe...@bgsu.edu).

Please provide me the following information by answering these questions:

1).  Are you participating in an internship this semester? (Yes or No)

2).  If working this semester, how many hours will you work per week at a paid job?

3).  Are you participating in undergraduate research this semester – Fall 2015? (Yes or No)

Please know that our goal is to do whatever we can to help you succeed! At any time, if things aren’t going as well as you would like, or if your academic performance is not as good as you hope, Dr. Midden and I would be happy to meet with you and discuss ways to ensure that you excel this semester.   We can help you find academic support, assistance, career advice and resources on campus or in the community.
