To all GRAMS scholars:

Welcome back for the 2013 Spring term. I hope you're off to a good start this semester. I wanted to remind you of the importance of attending the SETGO Art of Science Community Seminars. Here are the dates for those seminars this semester:

Feb 19 at BGSU, 5pm, Perry Field House Meeting Room - Dr. Daniel Scherson, Chemist from Case Western Reserve University
Mar 19 at BGSU, 5pm, Perry Field House Meeting Room - Dr. Bruce Dale, Agricultural Biomass Conversion Researcher from Michigan State Univ.
April 16 at Owens Community College, 5pm, room/building location TBD - Presenter TBD

We will provide transportation to Owens for the April 16 seminar. Be sure to watch for a notice about how to reserve a seat on the bus. That notice will be sent prior to that seminar.

If you have a class that conflicts with these seminars please send me:
1. The course number and full title and the section number
2. The time and days that the class meets
3. The instructor's name and email address

Remember that if you encounter any type of challenges that you are struggling to overcome never hesitate to contact us. Our hope and goal is that you will have a successful and enjoyable semester. We may be able to help you find and use the various support services that are available. It is not a sign of weakness to seek help when you need it. It is a sign of wisdom and courage!
