Hi GRAMS Scholars,
Here is a very nice STEM scholarship opportunity!   The minimum cumulative GPA requirement is 2.75, application deadline is April 6, 2015 and they are awarding 750 scholarships!

Great Lake National Scholarship - Need Money for School?

If you're earning a degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) field, then you may be eligible to apply for a Great Lakes scholarship. For the fourth year in a row, we're running the Great Lakes National Scholarship program and awarding 750 scholarships of $2,500 each to the most qualified students.

Find out if you qualify. Are you:

  • In an eligible major, such as:
    • Math
    • Natural or physical science
    • Biological or agricultural science
    • Engineering or engineering technology
    • Computer/information science
  • A United States citizen or permanent resident?
  • A high school senior or graduate, or current postsecondary undergraduate or graduate level student?
  • A student with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale?
  • Able to demonstrate financial need?
  • A student who plans to enroll full-time at an accredited, nonprofit two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire 2015-2016 academic year?

If you meet the above criteria, a $2,500 Great Lakes National Scholarship could be yours.

Applications will be accepted until April 6, 2015 or until we receive 20,000 applications, whichever comes first. Award recipients will receive a notification letter in July.
