Dear Colleagues,
There's still time to take advantage of the discounted early bird registration rate for ITRA's 10th World Conference.  The conference will be held 5-7 August, 2026 at The University of Augsburg, Augsburg Germany and is open to interdisciplinary toy & game researchers, designers, students and industry professionals.   Attendees are also invited to join us on Saturday, 8 August for a special excursion to Nuremberg where we will explore the German Games Archive and be treated to a special tour of the Nuremberg Toy Museum specifically tailored to our conference theme: The Zeitgeist in Toys & Games. The post-conference excursion is free to registered attendees and includes  lunch and bus transportation to and from Augsburg.

The 2026 International Toy Research Association World Conference is poised to shine a global spotlight on cutting edge plaything research, design, and pedagogy. With keynote speakers, workshops, symposia and more than 100 paper presentations by scholars from more than 36 countries across 6 continents the biggest challenge for conference participants is deciding between which presentations to attend.
