No Event This Month

Hey all,

I was laid out with awful allergies for all of last week, which is normally when I'd be doing all the event organization for BGS Board Game Nights. As a result, I missed the window to submit financing paperwork etc, so I don't have everything in place for running the event tomorrow night. The next BGS Board Game Night will thus be on the last Tuesday of May, i.e. May 30th.

To try & make use of this extra lead time, I've created a Strawpoll to help me get a headcount for May so that I can order pizza efficiently. I also want a sense of how workable Tuesdays are for y'all; while I don't think I can rejigger my schedule for the rest of the semester, I might be able to rearrange things come August to run game nights on a different night of the week. Finally, it turns out that the fridge for CRB 302, where I used to store drinks pre-game night, is now in permanent use as drinks storage for a few departmental journal clubs & other events. I can't bring alcohol onto CHOP's campus, so I can't store the drinks in my lab's fridge. Does anyone have any ideas for where we could store some soda & beer day-of so that it's cold by the time we start playing board games?
