Hi all, I am new assembling genomes with SOAPdenovo and I have the following question: during the sequencing process each library (350bp, 550bp, 5kb, 8kb and 12kb) was sequenced three times, so I have the following files (this is one example for the 5kb library):

1_5kb-FML771_160930_L005_R1.fastq.gz
1_5kb-FML771_160930_L005_R2.fastq.gz

1_5kb-FML771_161005_L003_R1.fastq.gz
1_5kb-FML771_161005_L003_R2.fastq.gz

1_5kb-FML771_161005_L006_R1.fastq.gz
1_5kb-FML771_161005_L006_R2.fastq.gz

for the assembly process should I have to concatenate all R1s in one file and all R2s in another file to run the program?

best
