Hi,

Is it possible to control the minimum contig/scaffold length created by SOAPdenovo-Trans? I'd like to create assemblies with contigs only 200bp in length or greater, without having to process them afterwards to remove short contigs.

thanks
Ben

No such process in the assembler. You have to do it after the assembly.
