Predict how many times "BGG DOWN!" happens in 2013

Predictions by # of days during which it's down at least once (day = midnight to 11:59 PM BGG time).

Tiebreaker: Predict the last day in 2013 that the outage will occur on.

Unlike Wits & Wagers, you can win by going over, because BGG being down less often means we all win! :D

Based on what I've seen posted, so far it's been down on Jan 2, 6, 7, and 9.
