Filling papers with Registrar of Societies.

You may be aware that apart from filing Income tax returns, we have to also file Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Details of the Meetings, General Agenda, Details of MC Committee members and other details with the Office of the Registrar Of Societies.

You may be also aware that for the last 3 years it is not filed. This is also one of the Statutory requirement of the Society.

 Hence, we have now initiated this work. The old Committee members also have to sign some of the papers which has to be filed with the Registar of Societies.

All the Old Committee Members have to give their photographs also. 

Hence, once we receive all the filled up forms from the Consultant, Mr. Venkatesh may 

approach you for the photographs and your signatures. 

We request you to kindly do the needful at that time  to complete this old pending matter.
