Hope you and your family are doing good.

Would like to draw your attention to fifth paragraph in "Bank Statement" attachment in below mail sent by Seva Saadhak Ramachandran, in which Management Committee 2017-18 has inferred that bank statement shared by us to one of the association member during our tenure based on his request as "mistake".

Sharing of association records is well within the frame work of association affairs, which is also resolved that way by the competent authority. 

Hence, on behalf of Team Seva Saadhana I would want to send communication to Brundavan group condemning this statement of Management Committee 2017-18. If any of you feel otherwise, kindly feel free to express the same by tomorrow.

 Dear Sirs,

Sub.: Various points not resolved – reg

 This has reference to my various correspondences from 22^nd July 2017 to till May 14, 2018, I have requested to comply with the bye laws and KSRA 1960 Act and subsequent amendments.

The contents are :

·        As a member,  I have not received the minutes of the meeting on specific issues, affairs related to the RBGRWA bank accounts, ( refer sec 24 of KSRA 1960 and our bye law)  .  The details are attached in the annexure

·        While referring to the non-budgeted amount in your recent meeting, the committee has failed to provide the details in to the member, citing protocol for which I sought for explanation and not produced till now, the details are in annexure 2

·        Your communication dated 16^th May 2018, which calls for a discussion for election process in an Annual general body, which is again violation of KSRA ACT 1960, as it is the existing committee’s responsibility to conduct a fair election.  If the same was not able to execute, then there should be a call for an emergency meeting with the members of the association explaining in details and seek guidance.

·         MC should have been approaching the competent authority, ie Registrar of societies , for their guidance, (ref KSRA 1960 act, sec 27A , amendment act 65, which explains  clearly need of Appointment of Administrator which reads as    “  Notwithstanding ……….where the term of office of the members of the governing body of a society has expired and a new governing body has not for any reason been constituted”  …… which is not done till now.

Hence, holding elections, and debate on the same in the ensuing Annual General Body meeting proposed on 10^th June 2018,  will become null and void.

I request committee to respond to the mail before this 2^nd June 2018.

I appeal to other members, if they wish to resolve my above issues, they are most welcome
