Management Committee (2017-2018),

While appreciating the efforts of previous  Bye law committee, would like to share the following :

In the previous tenure (2016-2017) during the election process of electing Management committee 2017-2018, TSS approached DY. Registerar of Co-operative Societies, submitted copy of our bye law for seeking some clarifications.

He was of the opinion that there are ample scope for corrections for bringing in clarity of the bye laws as well as  to comply with statutory requirements.

Also suggested to take guidance of a subject matter expert (legal advisor) refered by DRCS. 

It's my strong opinion that we should consider DRCS's  above recommendation.

I would like to nominate myself to be the part of proposed bye law committee.

When we formed our Association RBGRWA few people had taken the initiatives & drafted our bye-laws, Thanks to all of them for there valuable inputs for forming our bye-laws.
