Verified your request as per advisory terrace area can be opened and can be utilized but strict social distance should be maintained.  For any cost, congestion, social gatherings, functions not allowed.

Respected Sir,

This has further to telephonic discussion, I am submitting the following for your kind consideration.

We are staying in ground floor in an apartment (192 flats). Due to non-connectivity and technical problem of BSNL broadband, we are not able to do work from home. In this issue, we require terrace portion  to do the work for 2 hours on week days till lock down lifted.  On my request to our association, response of the association is as follows :

" Since the MC has closed all the amenities ( including terrace ) as directed by the BBMP Advisory , please arrange and produce a
letter addressed to the MC from BBMP , to permit you to use the terrace . Also note we require an undertaking from your end too,
stating that you will be entirely responsible for all the consequences arising out of going against a Govt. body's Advisory . The MC will then take a decision in this regard .

Thanks & Regards
