* migrated all documentation to asciidoc
* each bfsync command has its own manpage now (i.e. man bfsync clone)
* added new bfsyncfs --show-all-versions option
* added new bfsync pull --ff-only option
* use boost option parsing for bfsyncfs
* new commands: bfsync check-integrity, file-log, export-history
* bug fix: support DBs with page sizes > 4096 bytes (use 64Kb buffer sizes now)
* bug fix: avoid problems with identical inodes during commit
* bug fix: avoid link duplication
* added new key/value table for our db
* some performance optimizations
* small bug fixes
