I have wordpress and am using Elementor editor. I have added a page that is meant to be a template for each new pages. I added a block with breadcrumbs to this page. I want this page with breadcrumbs on evey new page that i create. Copying this page all the time creates problems, e.g. if I wanted to change something in this block so I must do this on every subpage. I do not know how to do it - all i want its one static page with that breadcrumbs that includes to every new page i create, and when im change something in this page, changes will appear on every page.

I am editing an existing page built with elementor. I am modifying a link on that page to another page on the site. This page was built with elementor and displays fine on the frontend before the latest editing with elementor. When the edited page is published, the page displays no content other than header and footer. I have contacted elementor support and they have identified that Toolset Layouts is preventing the display of the content. When I deactivate Toolset Views, the edited page does display fine. The problem is, the site uses Toolset Views on other pages, so deactivating it is not an option.
Hello, there's really no good way to use Layouts and Elementor together. The two systems are inherently incompatible, especially when it comes to Elementor's own templating system (mostly in Elementor Pro). So if you want to use Elementor at all, you should probably deactivate Layouts. They are simply not designed to function on the same site. Toolset's Content Template system should not be used with Elementor, either. If you assign a Toolset Content Template to some a post, and assign an Elementor template to the same post, you'll end up with a blank page. We have more information for best practices available here: -guides/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/
If you had things working more or less before making an edit to the post, I might be able to make a recommendation to get you back to where you were beforehand. I would need to take a peek in your wp-admin area to see how your Layouts, Content Templates, and Elementor Templates are configured for this post and other posts in this post type. If that's okay, please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here.
I've edited the existing podcast episode template (as you can see in this example), but I can't a way to have that the be default template. And currently I'd have to go into every single episode and make template changes this way.
Gotcha! You should not use both editor. I strongly recommend that you use only Elementor and deactivate WPBakery page builder. WPBakery is a plugin we still support but its going deprecated soon. Elementor is a lot better.
Im not quiet sure to understand your question correctly. From what I understand, you'd like to make a single episode template with Elementor and use it accross all your single page, correct? If so, you have 2 choices.
Yesterday I bought 'Anywhere Elementor Pro', and I'm using it to build single page templates that I'll use across all the podcast episode posts. Everything is working as it should, apart from one issue I've found.
I understand that by building a template, I'm building a structure that will be consistent across multiple pages, but in this instance I need the player to be dynamic and take its content from the audio file linked to in each post (see attachment)
what a timing ! Yesterday, we have released an update for full support for Elementor Pro. I have not tested Anywhere Elementor but we have fixed the player so the episode can automatically play the tracks of the single page. See screenshot here:
And also that you use Elementor Sonaar Addon plugin v1.1.
To update the plugin, make sure first the theme is up to date. Then go to wp-admin > plugins and delete 'Elementor Sonaar Addon'. Then go to wp-admin > appearance > install plugins and install the plugin again.

Where each template is applied depends on display conditions. Display conditions can include things like the type of post and the categories of the post. You can select whether meeting a condition should trigger or exclude the use of a template. More than one condition can be attached to each template.
If a template has a green dot next to it, it means that the display conditions are currently set up in a way that the template is being actively used. If the dot is gray, it means the template is not being used actively. For example, in the screenshot below, the alternative header is not being used on the site, but the standard header is:
The theme builder can automatically apply a template based on the conditions you set. Furthermore, the way theme builder templates are applied is that only the portion of the template that has the post_content widget is editable by a post author. This gives the designer precise control over the layout of the page and which portion an author can edit.
When you create a Page or Section template, you can think of them as predefined starting points for pages and templates. Once a Page or Section template is inserted into an Elementor post it can be modified as needed.
When you insert items into Elementor you can choose to insert either a section or page template. You cannot choose to insert a Theme Builder Template, since the use of Theme Builder Templates is determined by display conditions.
The Template Widget is a Pro feature. It is a widget that can pull any Elementor template into the template/page/layout you are working on. Any changes you make to the referenced templates will be reflected in your use of them with this widget.
In our minds, the most important distinction to understand is the difference between Theme Builder Templates and page or section templates. Both applying and modifying these two classes of templates is different.
