BFO 2 OWL tracker

Dear all,

since last BFO OWL call there have been some interesting additions to
the tracker, e.g. a new approach to formulate of permanent generic
parthood. It might be good to have a look on it before the call.
As Alan told me he could not participate today it would be good to
comment offline, so that we can pickup this issue with more time in a
later call when Alan is present.
