IJCKG 2025: 14th International Joint Conference

on Knowledge Graphs

October 15-17, 2025, Heraklion, Crete, Greece

Website: https://ijckg2025.github.io/index.html

Overview.

The 14th International Joint Conference on Knowledge Graphs (IJKG 2025) is a premium academic forum on Knowledge Graphs. The mission of IJCKG 2025 is to bring together researchers in the international Knowledge Graph community and other related areas to present their innovative research results or novel applications of Knowledge Graphs. IJCKG has evolved from the Joint International Semantic Technology Conference (JIST), a joint event for disseminating research results regarding the Semantic Web, Knowledge Graphs, Linked Data and AI on the Web.

IJCKG 2025 will take place for the first time in Europe, hosted by the Institute of Computer Science at the Foundation for Research and Technology, Hellas (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete, Greece.

Keynote Speakers

  • Pascal Hitzler (Kansas State University, US),  Knowledge Graphs in the Neurosymbolic AI Age

  • Katja Hose (TU Wien), TBA

  • Kang Liu (Chinese Academy of Sciences),  Shuttle between Symbolic Knowledge and Neural Parameters

Awards!

  • Best Paper Award

  • Best Student Paper Award

Theme.

The theme of this conference is “Knowledge Graphs and Large Language Models”, which aims to explore the intersection of these two cutting-edge fields and innovative opportunities for their integration, explore the role and application of knowledge graphs in cross-platform, cross-field and other AI tasks, and study knowledge representation, knowledge organization and storage, knowledge mining, knowledge fusion, automated reasoning and other key technologies of knowledge graph development in the context of Artificial General Intelligence, guide the transformation of knowledge graph related technologies, and lay the foundations for the ultimate realization of Artificial General Intelligence. The conference program will include workshops, keynotes, a frontiers and trends forum, industry forum, young scholars forum, evaluations and competitions, paper presentations, posters and demos. We invite scholars from academia to introduce the latest developments in related fields and development trends, and R&D experts in industry to share practical experience, and promote industry-university-research cooperation.

In addition to research papers and application papers, IJCKG 2025 will continue to set the theme of knowledge graph open resources, aiming to support and promote data resource sharing in academia and industry. Resources include but are not limited to: knowledge graphs/ontologies, datasets/evaluation sets, software tools/services/APIs/frameworks, protocols/standard specifications, etc. We encourage publishing resources in the Open Knowledge Graph community (OpenKG). Reviewers will comprehensively evaluate the quality of resources and papers along the dimensions of resource quality and potential influence, reusability (such as documentation), and availability (such as URLs and open source agreements), and OpenKG will review the selected open resources to carry out publicity and promotion.
