Just got the 2014 Make 3D printing guide. A little out of date,
obviously, but their favorite open hardware printer was the Ultimaker
2, followed by the Printrbot, Deezmaker Bukobot 8v2, and Lulzbot.
They also said to keep an eye on the Open3DLP resin printer. They
also talk about a variety of delta-arm printers, in case anyone is
interested in those.
