This talk takes a research based AND framework neutral perspective when considering what the essential elements of scaling teams are. Rather than considering dogma, what if we asked, “Is there experimental evidence to support this idea? What does it say?” With this in mind, we will explore the experimental research related to:
  • Conway’s Law & the Mirroring Hypothesis
  • Dunbar’s Number
  • Ashby’s Law of Requisite Variety
This leads to some interesting insights and challenges many of our assumptions regarding what we hold true about how scaling works.Tom PerryBio
