The Blurb: 

Kanban Game is a simple cards and coins simulation that focuses on the signaling aspects of a kanban system. Too often focusing on WIP limits and "enforcing" these seemingly arbitrary WIP limit loses its meaning as we lose the design intent behind the WIP limit. After your busy work day come experience a simple simulation that accentuates the signaling aspects of a true kanban system.

Bio:
Dhaval Panchal is a Certified Scrum Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer.
His background includes software development, businessanalysis, lean office implementations, system architecture, and project management. He has experience working with and guiding teams in different contexts. Through these efforts he has been successful at delivering projects and building high-performance teams internationally and in the U.S. His biggest take away from coaching engagements has been to have the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and learn from them.
