Can mindfulness practice help Agile teams deliver better results? In this skepticism-friendly "hands-on" session we'll do a couple of simple mindfulness exercises, establish a working definition, and consider how mindfulness in the workplace might intersect with agile principles and practices

Joseph H. Anderson (www.jhanderson.biz) is a consultant and coach helping teams deliver faster and better results by cultivating human skills.
