According to the Right Perspective blog, racial historian Arthur Kemp
has obtained information which determines King Tuankhamun's racial
heritage. By viewing the information shown on the tv program Royal
Blood:King Tut unwrapped, Kemp allegedly has determined that Tut's
genetic makeup is classed as R1b-or 99.6% European origin. However the
information obtained was an actual analysis of the mummy found in KV55
now confirmed by Zahi Hawass to be Pharaoh Akhenaten.And the actual
markers link the main genetic groups as Ibizan caucasian,
Mediterranean caucasian and European Caucasian. Such a determination
based on the incomplete data from the tv program without full review
of all DNA markers is flimsy at best. Here is a link to the website
