Glad to be on board my friend. I too welcome everyone to the new site.
2009 is shaping up to an interesting one for Egyptology with Zahi
Hawass excavating in the Valley of the Kings where he is hoping to
clear 2 new tombs including the possible one of KV64. He also has his
team going forward on investigating the possible tomb of Cleopatra
where they hope to build on the finds they already have there. I can
say too that so many other areas of Egypt are revealing finds almost
daily. So here is hoping that we all have a healthy and prosperous New
Year and that some of Egypt's neighbours can come to a lasting peace.
