Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) is a premier

 We at LIBA are committed to providing a well-rounded management
education by interspersing classroom sessions with guest lectures
handled by industry professionals.The Beyond Management guest lecture
programme is an endeavour in this direction. We invite speakers with
rich industry experience and professional backgrounds.

The academic year 2010-11 saw many speakers like Dr. Balasubramanian
Krishnan, CEO Nuveda Learning, C.S.Muthu Subramaniyan, VP VA Tech
Wabag, Mr. K.B.Chandrashekhar, CEO Jamcracker Ltd ,  Venkat Ramaswamy ,  one of the two founders of the Experience Co-Creation Partnership and Ramesh Srivats, CEO, TenTenTen.  Also we had speakers like Ms.Jessie Paul, MD ,Paul
Writer Strategic Services, Rasmus Ankerson , Peak performance coach and a 
Best selling author.  There were also lectures from eminent personalities like

Ms. Anita Ratnam , neo classical and contemporary dance-actor, she
spoke about "how important it is for an individual to know about

his/her culture", and Mr. Milind Jadhav a motivational speaker, who
focussed on "How people should learn to move on in life and don't let

their failures decide the course of their life".

We also had a special presentation/discussion on "Pre-Budget -
Wishlist" this event was covered by the UTV -Hindu team.

The Beyond Management team through its dedicated efforts has given the students a great exposure to the industry and the diverse aspects of it.
